Account & Billing

Download the Bizlytics app and tap "Get Started." Enter your business details, verify your phone number via OTP, and set up your store locations. The entire process takes under 2 minutes. You can start with a free trial to explore all features before subscribing.

Bizlytics offers flexible subscription plans tailored to business size and needs. Plans vary by the number of stores, users, and advanced features like multi-store analytics and priority support. We accept major credit and debit cards, net banking, UPI payments, and select digital wallets. All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment partners. Your billing information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will be suspended. You can request a full data export before your account is deactivated.

Features & Usage

Bizlytics lets you add multiple store locations under a single account. Each store has its own dashboard, transaction records, and user assignments. You can view store-wise performance individually or compare all stores side by side from the main dashboard. Role-based access control ensures staff only see data relevant to their assigned stores.

Bizlytics provides daily, monthly, and yearly reports across all key metrics: sales (cash & online), purchases, expenses, cash balance, and profit & loss summaries. Interactive charts let you compare periods, drill down into transaction details, and export reports for accounting or tax purposes. You can also generate staff attendance reports and customer credit summaries.

Yes, you can attach receipts and supporting documents to any transaction entry. Simply snap a photo or upload from your gallery when recording a sale, purchase, or expense. Bizlytics also generates professional invoices that you can share directly with customers via WhatsApp, email, or download as PDFs.

The credit management feature lets you maintain credit accounts for your customers. Record credit sales, track outstanding balances, log partial or full payments, and view complete settlement history per customer. You'll receive reminders for overdue payments, making it easy to follow up and keep your cash flow healthy.

Security & Data

Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit) to protect your data. Our infrastructure includes firewalls, intrusion detection, regular security audits, and secure access controls. Data is backed up daily and stored redundantly across multiple secure data centers. You own your data — we don't sell or share it with third parties.

Yes. You can export your transaction data, reports, and analytics as CSV or PDF files at any time from within the app. If you decide to leave Bizlytics, you can request a complete data export of all your records before account closure. We make it easy to take your data with you.

You can reset your password using the "Forgot Password" option on the login screen. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number or email address. Once verified, you can set a new password. For account security, we recommend using a strong, unique password and never sharing your credentials.
